Key responsibilities:

• Assistance in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts;
• Providing administrative support and assisting in preparing a different kind of legal documentation;
• Conducting research on case law relevant to matters being handled by the Legal and Compliance team;
• Assistance in communication with regulatory authorities;
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

• Law student (3rd or 4th year, Master’s degree, or in the graduation process);
• Friendly team players with excellent communication skills, ready to make an immediate impact;
• Proficiency in English with a positive and can-do attitude; + Second foreign language shall be considered an advantage;
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow.
