The Legal Counsel will be based in Sofia and will support the Contracts Desk for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (ЕМЕА) in the review, negotiation, and drafting of various agreements with business partners.

What you will do as an Legal Counsel:

• Independently review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including complex, multi-jurisdictional agreements, under the company’s established policies and procedures.
• Engage directly with vendors and customers in all legal aspects of contract negotiation;
• Provide timely, business-oriented legal advice on contractual and other legal issues, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives;
• Contribute to the development, enforcement and continuous improvement of the company’s policies and procedures for contract review and negotiation;
• Draft, refine and maintain contract templates;
• Support and enhance contract management processes, including document lifecycle tracking and compliance monitoring;

What you’ll bring:

• Positive, proactive and collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in learning and contributing to a high-performing legal team
• Fluency in English with legal working proficiency; additional European languages are an asset
• Law degree from a European university
• 3+ years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably in an international environment or a law firm
• Curiosity and ability to quickly understand and address complex legal and commercial issues
• Strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with contract management tools and other legal tech is considered a plus
• Experience working or studying in an international environment is an advantage
