About the Role The Legal Adviser - Labor Law Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting Dentaprime’s operations across Bulgaria, the UK, and the US. Key responsibilities include: |

• Providing specialized legal advice on labor law to ensure compliance across multiple regions.

Drafting, reviewing, and advising on employment contracts, policy updates, and labor compliance measures.

• Addressing labor disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring that all actions align with the highest legal standards.
• Monitoring and advising on labor law changes, ensuring the company remains compliant across all regions.
• Additional duties involve creating guidance materials, conducting compliance audits, and developing protocols for alignment with labor standards. The Legal Adviser will also collaborate on cross-border matters, working closely with HR and payroll to uphold a legally sound and equitable workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Law
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
• Proficiency in English (B1/B2 level or above)
• Familiarity with the MS Office Suite
• A proactive approach to compliance and a dedication to maintaining fair and consistent labor practices
