A growing product company is looking for an experienced Lead QA Engineer who can take ownership of quality processes, mentor a team, and drive excellence across web-based products. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical testing expertise with leadership mindset and a passion for building efficient QA frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, optimize, and scale QA processes from the ground up
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of QA engineers
• Define testing strategies, plans, and best practices
• Perform hands-on testing of web applications (manual & automated)
• Work closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases
• Identify risks, track defects, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Lead QA or Senior QA role
• Strong background in testing web applications
• Experience in building and improving QA processes
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
• Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Understanding of performance and security testing
