Your Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on all matters related to labour and employment law.
• Draft and review employment contracts, internal policies, and workplace procedures.
• Advise management on employee relations, disciplinary actions, terminations, and dispute resolution.
• Conduct legal research on international labour law developments.
• Monitor and interpret changes in both local and international labour legislation.
• Support HR with compliance strategies, audits, and training sessions on employee rights and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and authorities as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in labour or employment law.
• University degree in Law.
• Fluency in English (B1/B2 level or above).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive workplace issues with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and legal research tools.
• Interest in comparative employment practices and evolving global labour norms.
