Key Account Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop key client relationships as the primary point of contact thought phone, video and face to face meetings in Bulgaria and abroad.
• Manage and coordinate customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals and other commercial documentation.
• Lead pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Conduct thorough inquiries, perform analyses, and generate detailed reports using Excel.
• Oversee database management and proficiently navigate in the company ERP system - SAP.

Requirements:

• Sales & client oriented mindset. Willingness to develop career in B2B sales and account management.
• Experience in sales, account management or similar client-facing roles is an advantage.
• Active driving license and willingness to travel when needed.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with SAP is advantage.
• Excellent command of the English language. Any other language is an advantage.
• Demonstrated autonomy, proactive mindset, and exceptional organizational abilities.
• Motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
