## Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of strategic accounts within the Lifestyle/Fashion/Sportswear industry. This role requires a commercially-minded professional who can balance relationship building with analytical rigor to drive sustainable business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies, achieving ambitious sales targets, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results.

## Responsibilities
- *Account Management & Strategy**
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in the Lifestyle/Fashion/Sportswear industry
- Lead the development of comprehensive seasonal and annual account plans
- Participate in establishing sell-in and sell-through targets, monitor performance and inventory metrics, and adjust plans to ensure sustainable business growth
- Oversee sales contract conditions and manage receivables
- *Sales &Business Growth**
- Drive the achievement of sales and margin targets (both short-term and long-term)
- Identify opportunities for incremental growth within accounts (e.g., new product launches, category expansion) and convert them into actionable plans
- *Relationship Management; Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, logistics, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans
- Partner with internal marketing teams to ensure brand storytelling, visual merchandising, and in-store experience align with both brand identity and commercial objectives
- *Analysis, Monitoring; Reporting**
- Monitor competitors and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies
- Deliver regular sales and business performance reviews
- Proven experience managing key accounts in the Lifestyle/Fashion/Sportswear industry
- Strong grasp of sales techniques and a track record of delivering revenue growth
- Skilled in forecasting, planning, and performance tracking against account plans
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales reporting tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships
- Ability to work well across departments (product, marketing, logistics)
