Key Account Manager, Bosch Home Comfort Group

Job Description Our Bosch Home Comfort Group (HC) is a leading European supplier of smart, sustainable, and energy-efficient heating, cooling, well-being, and process heat solutions. In fiscal 2022, HC generated sales of 4.5 billion euros (65 percent outside Germany) and employed approx. 14,400 people.

The Bosch Home Comfort Group carries several strong international and regional brands under its umbrella and manufactures a comprehensive product portfolio in manufacturing sites in Europe, America, and Asia. We derive our international strength from our presence in all major markets and the power of our brands, building on comprehensive expertise and high profile in the respective countries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Key responsible person for all customers in retail - Modern Trade & DIY Sales Channel
  • Active management of sold product portfolio
  • Manage the activities of the Merchandising Team
  • Negotiation of terms and contracts
  • Actively initiate and drive sales campaigns and promotions
  • Negotiation on customer-specific marketing activities
  • Support logistics and finance activities (credits, open receivables, etc.)
  • Manage internal communication and coordination to our plants and Product Managers
  • Manage the execution of relevant KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with budgets
  • Develop new business opportunities and customers
  • Responsible for archiving turnover, profit and quantities data
Additional Information

This position is eligible for a company car, laptop and mobile phone.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably as a Key Account Manager
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed
  • Sales knowledge: negotiation skills, customer orientation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Market-specific product knowledge in the field of Residential Air Conditioning and/or Hot Water Appliances is an advantage
  • Advanced level of English, German is an advantage
  • Advanced computer skills: Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and MSCRM experience is an asset
  • Ability to actively travel, driving license.
