Job description:

• Establish a trusted relationship with each client and drive continuous value of our products
• Drive engagement & adoption and foster enthusiastic, passionate clients
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of existing accounts
• Collaborate with the sales teams to onboard and train new clients
• Maintain a robust working knowledge of all products in order to answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
• Portray a positive and professional image of the company and self when interacting with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Finance Field
• Fluent in English and French
• Experience in renewing and expanding products within existing customers
• Outstanding time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Tools including Excel and Power Point
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
