Key Account Manager – Export Markets

About the Role We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will play a key role in expanding our international presence and strengthening relationships in the assigned export markets. In this position, you will manage and grow an existing portfolio of international B2B clients while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities across assigned export markets.

About the Role We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will play a key role in expanding our international presence and strengthening relationships in the assigned export markets. In this position, you will manage and grow an existing portfolio of international B2B clients while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities across assigned export markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the company’s sales and export strategy across international markets;
- Manage and develop relationships with key B2B clients internationally;
- Maintain active communication with partners via email, phone, and online meetings;
- Coordinate and follow up on client requests, orders, and deliveries;
- Prepare and manage export documentation (offers, contracts, customs documentation, etc.);
- Identify and acquire new clients and expand market share in the assigned export markets;
- Conduct regular international business trips abroad (once per month);
- Represent the company at international exhibitions and trade fairs;
- Achieve the assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales, export, or key account management with international clients;
- University degree. International Economic Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage;
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional languages (French, Italian, German, etc.) are a strong advantage;
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Proven ability to build long-term partnerships and influence key decision-making;
- Willingness to travel internationally;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Good computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems, Internet tools).
- Full-time position (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:30);
