For one of our clients ,a pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a motivated person at the position:

Key Аccount Мanager

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage business relationships with retail pharmacy chains;
• Lead annual negotiations, commercial agreements, and joint business planning processes;
• Collaborate with different teams within the company;
• Lead coach and develop a team of Sales Representatives;
• Conduct field visits and joint meetings with team members for coaching and support;
• Track and analyze sales performance, promotions, sell-in/sell-out, and inventory flow per customer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or economics.;
• 5–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, in retail pharma chain and/or wholesale account management;
• At least 2 years of experience leading a sales or KAM team.
