Junior Trainer

As a Junior Trainer at Pontica Solutions, you'll support the training of new and existing staff in a fast-paced BPO environment. Working with Senior Trainers and Operations, you'll help deliver effective sessions to ensure employees are equipped for success. As a Junior Trainer at Pontica Solutions, you'll support the training of new and existing staff in a fast-paced BPO environment. Working with Senior Trainers and Operations, you'll help deliver effective sessions to ensure employees are equipped for success. What You’ll Do?
- Conduct live training sessions (in-person and online)
- Deliver a wide range of training sessions to teams and individuals
- Use tools like quizzes and interactive activities to boost learning
- Foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment
- Adapt your approach for different audiences and topics
- Be a positive, energetic presence in all training sessions
- Support the onboarding process for new employees with product training
- Background in teaching or experience in leading training sessions
- A confident speaker with strong verbal communication skills
- Extroverted and people-friendly — you thrive around others
- Comfortable with all types of training, from soft skills to basic technical topics
- Fluent in English (C1 level) – both spoken and written
- You just genuinely love training and teaching
- Organized, reliable, and open to feedback
- Great at creating quizzes and simple training aids to keep sessions fun and effective
