Junior Trainer

As a Junior Trainer at Pontica Solutions, you'll support the training of new and existing staff in a fast-paced BPO environment. Working with Senior Trainers and Operations, you'll help deliver effective sessions to ensure employees are equipped for success. This role offers hands-on experience, continuous learning, and growth opportunities. #wegrowtogether

What You’ll Do?

  • Conduct live training sessions (in-person and online)
  • Deliver a wide range of training sessions to teams and individuals
  • Use tools like quizzes and interactive activities to boost learning
  • Foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment
  • Adapt your approach for different audiences and topics
  • Be a positive, energetic presence in all training sessions
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees with product training
Who You Are?
  • Background in teaching or experience in leading training sessions
  • A confident speaker with strong verbal communication skills
  • Extroverted and people-friendly — you thrive around others
  • Comfortable with all types of training, from soft skills to basic technical topics
  • Fluent in English (C1 level) – both spoken and written
  • You just genuinely love training and teaching
  • Organized, reliable, and open to feedback
  • Great at creating quizzes and simple training aids to keep sessions fun and effective
