We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic and detailed oriented person for a full time opportunity in our office in Sofia, Bulgaria. Junior Trade Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for comparing back office's position to our Prime Brokerage's real time reporting portal. It is a front to back service support which includes trade flow, unmatched trades, mapping failure, break resolution and reporting. The associate will be expected to train with units within the department and understand all functions related to a FX and Commodity transaction post-execution, including confirmations, settlements and investigations.
The group directly supports and interacts with the Prime Brokerage business, serving point of person to liaise with the operational team across price providers, system support team, other operations areas, and dealers. The primary function is to ensure back office matches to Prime Brokerage's reporting portal to mitigate risk and implement controls on a daily basis.

Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday; Shifts based on weekly rotation - 8am-5pm, 12pm-9pm, 5pm-1am. Working from the office - 3 days per week.

Primary responsibilities (not limited to)
- Responsibilities include trade entry and position checks
- Serve as a central point of contact for Trading and other Operations teams to resolve issues and settlement
- Interact with both internal and external parties to resolve trade confirmation and settlement queries
- Supporting trade flow, verification, and books and records accuracy of listed products in a timely manner
- Monitor any technical issues with FX systems and portals and working with System Support team for resolution
Requirements
- Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
- Ability to prioritize, work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
- Advance Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, Macros/Automation, VBA and Powershell, etc.
- Willingness to work at peak hours, which may include evenings and holidays
- Highly analytical with strong investigative skills
- Proactive, self-starter with a motivation to learn quickly
