For one of our clients – a leader in digital solutions and AI automation, enhancing global brand experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Junior Tech Support Assistant with Czech or Hungarian or Norwegian and English (PTE/FTE).

For one of our clients – a leader in digital solutions and AI automation, enhancing global brand experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Junior Tech Support Assistant with Czech or Hungarian or Norwegian and English (PTE/FTE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email;
- Provide friendly and efficient non-technical troubleshooting;
- Guide users through basic product/service issues;
- Ensure a smooth customer experience with timely follow-ups;
- Escalate complex issues to higher support levels as needed;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech or Hungarian, or Norwegian, plus good English;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude;
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills;
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required;
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech support role.
