What You’ll be Doing: As a Junior Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable parts logistics operations, contributing to a seamless service experience and high customer satisfaction. The role supports the delivery of a robust logistics framework by managing parts availability, vendor coordination, and operational processes across multiple systems.
On a typical day, you’ll:
- Handle delivery escalations and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders;
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve delivery issues and meet service levels;
- Monitor parts delivery status and logistics processes regularly;
- Track repair cycles and follow up to meet turnaround targets;
- Support SAP operations, including order updates and issue resolution;
- Proactively resolve logistics issues and ensure timely closure;
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Understanding of supply chain processes;
- Problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking;
- Technical knowledge within area of responsibility;
- Time management, prioritization and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
