We’re looking for a Junior Specialist, Invoice to Pay (ITP) to join our dynamic team and support key financial operations that keep our international business running smoothly.

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Process financial transactions in the Invoice to Pay (ITP) area with supervision
- Resolve queries from vendors, customers, and internal teams via chat, calls, and tickets
- Serve as the first point of contact for ITP-related inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support
- Maintain strong collaboration with finance and business teams
- Ensure financial data and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with policies
- Support finance teams in implementing policies and process improvements
- Identify and recommend workflow enhancements
- Assist in finance transition activities, including knowledge transfer and process setup
- Support reconciliation, payment tracking, and financial reporting
- Monitor and escalate unusual transactions or recurring issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold a positive finance team image
- Comply with internal controls, policies, and legal requirements
What you’ll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in ITP, accounting, or finance (or a strong internship background)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – working in an international environment
- Experience with ERP/Cloud systems (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured way
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
