What you can expect from the Program:
- Go through structured onboarding covering SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors fundamentals
- Receive practical training in one or two SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Work on real-life business scenarios and case studies
- Learn how HR processes are translated into scalable system solutions

- After the 3-month program, you continue with a defined specialization in SAP SuccessFactors and a long-term development plan

- Participate in client workshops, system demonstrations, and configuration activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different modules
- Support customers during the project and support phases by addressing system-related questions and resolving issues
- You are a final-year student, recent graduate, or early-career professional considering a transition into IT consulting
- Have a degree (or are currently pursuing one) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, HR, Mathematics, or a related field
- Have a strong interest in IT systems, digital solutions, and structured problem-solving
- Feel comfortable working with system configurations and analytical tasks
- Have an understanding of business processes and organisational workflows (HR knowledge is an advantage)
- Speak German and English fluently
- Previous experience with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, but not required.
