Sopra Steria Bulgaria is launching an entry program for graduates and early-career professionals who want to start their journey in HR technologies and SAP consulting.

This is a permanent position from day one, beginning with a structured 3-month paid training phase designed to build your foundation in SAP SuccessFactors. From there, you will continue developing your expertise while working on real projects for leading German companies as a:

As a Junior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will:

• Contribute to SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects alongside experienced consultants
• Apply SAP HR solutions to real business scenarios with guidance from mentors
• Analyse customer requirements and help translate them into scalable, system-supported HR solutions
• Participate in client workshops, system demonstrations, and configuration activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different modules
• Support customers during the project and support phases by addressing system-related questions and resolving issues

You are a great fit if you:

• You are a final-year student, recent graduate, or early-career professional considering a transition into IT consulting
• Have a degree (or are currently pursuing one) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, HR, Mathematics, or a related field
• Have a strong interest in IT systems, digital solutions, and structured problem-solving
• Feel comfortable working with system configurations and analytical tasks
• Have an understanding of business processes and organisational workflows (HR knowledge is an advantage)
• Speak German and English fluently
• Previous experience with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, but not required.
