Junior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with German
What you can expect from the Program:
- Detailed onboarding and introduction to SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors fundamentals under the guidance of experienced company mentors
- Hands-on learning and practical training in one or two SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a clear focus on best practices and standard solutions

- You will work as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a specialization in one or two SuccessFactors modules
- As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be involved in challenging SAP SuccessFactors projects for primarily German customers across various industries
- You will continuously build up expertise in Human Resource processes, SAP SuccessFactors functionality, and consulting methodologies
- Support experienced consultants in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
- Apply SAP HR solutions to real-life business scenarios under the supervision of mentors and receive feedback and support
- Assist in analyzing customer requirements and learning how to translate them into scalable, system-supported HR solutions
- Participate in customer workshops, system demonstrations, and configuration activities
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and other modules through knowledge sharing, meet-ups and other activities
- Support customers during project and support phases by assisting with system-related questions and issue resolution
- You are still at university, have recently graduated, or are considering a career change
- You have completed or are currently pursuing a degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, Business Administration/Economics, Human Resource Management, or a comparable education
- You have a strong affinity for IT-related topics, system configurations, and working with Human Resource systems
- Initial experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors is a plus, but not mandatory
- You have a basic understanding of human resources processes and workflows within organizations and may already have gained initial experience in Human Resource functions through internships or working student roles
- Excellent English and German language skills are required
