For one of our clients – a company known for their professional approach and high-quality services in the BPO field. We are searching for adaptable, patient and skilled multitaskers for the role of Junior Sales Support Representative with English (Fully Remote).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Offer outstanding support through all communication channels;
• Handle customer billing and admin queries via tickets, emails, and calls;
• Collaborate with team leads and senior agents to resolve issues quickly;
• Maintain and update customer records accurately;
• Support and advise others and contribute to team effort.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication;
• Ability to multitask, adapt, and focus on solutions;
• Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude;
• Team player with patience and stress management skills;
• Experience in the Broadband/Telephony sector is a plus, but not required.
