Description

A junior researcher position dedicated to quantitative and qualitative research methods with a main focus on experimentation.

Primary responsibilities (not limited to)

• Actively attend and participate in the experimentation committees.
• Research and develop experimentation hypothesis.
• Actively provide support with the experiment preparation process.
• Assist with monitoring, understanding and organizing experimentation and personalization data from Optimizely and Contentsquare.
• Collect and analyze feedback from qualitative research conducted in UserTesting into a test report.
• Regularly conduct research on competitors' website, platform and onboarding user experience. Highlight what's new and different from our experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a related field

• Experience working in an agile environment
• Ability to organize and prioritize projects
• Strong hands on expertise in MS-Office Suite, MS-Project, JIRA/Confluence, (Miro, Figma, Optimizely and Contentsquare are advantage)
• As a minimum bachelor's degree in Economics or Social Science is required

Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday. Working from the office - 3 days per week.
