Responsibilities:
Sourcing and attracting active and passive candidates through different channels - social media, professional networks, job boards Build strong partnerships with the business area you support and candidates to drive client and candidate satisfaction Full-cycle recruitment role, from direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing Employer branding activities along with shaping a candidate attraction strategy Flexibility in attracting and recruiting talent
Requirements:
Passion for Human Resources and Recruitment A flexible, independent, self-reliant, and reliable way of working Good team player, client-focused, and high attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills and a high degree of team spirit Degree with a reference to Human Resources Result-oriented and ability to prioritize tasks Excellent verbal and written communication in English
