Key responsibilities:

• Actively participate in communication with companies and distributors
• Assist in sourcing and selecting suppliers, obtaining quotes and negotiating terms, and pricing agreements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and specifications
• Generate purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Assist in developing commercial strategies
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and other related documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and skills:

• Secondary special or higher education (an engineering degree will be considered an advantage)
• Very good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good command of English
• Active driver
