Junior Performance Expert in Retail Banking

Key responsibilities:

• Follows-up and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), provide reports and insights to senior management of the Bank;
• Prepare monthly analytical reviews and reports over Retail Banking units’ - performance, digital sales evolution, market and competitors studies, etc.;
• Participate in strategic processes of goals’ setting, and their coordination with OTP Hungary;
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance overall performance;
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance management and apply them to our operations.

Ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

Technical skills

• Relevant University degree in Economics, Finance or another related field;
• Sound knowledge of MS office tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with SQL and PowerBI is an advantage;
• Fluency in English language (both written and oral).

Soft skills

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactivity, curiosity, flexibility, open minded.
