What You Will Be Doing:
System Administration: Perform system configuration, software installation, updates, and patch management on Linux servers Virtualization Platform Management High Availability: Load Balancer (HA/Proxy), Clusters Performance Optimization: Monitor server performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance server efficiency Backup and Recovery: Set up and manage server backups and disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and business continuity Automation: Automate deployment processes using Ansible, Terraform, and other automation tools
This position requires the following:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience Basic experience with Linux server administration (installation, configuration, updates) Understanding of backup, restore, and recovery processes Basic knowledge of virtualization platforms (e.g. VMware, KVM, Hyper-V) Basic experience or strong interest in high availability concepts (load balancers, clustering) Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Bash, Python, or similar) Ability to monitor system performance and assist with troubleshooting issues Motivation to learn and grow in Linux infrastructure and DevOps-related technologies Teamwork & collaboration skills
