The Junior Legal Counsel will be based in Sofia and will support the Contracts Desk for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (ЕМЕА) in the review, negotiation, and drafting of various agreements with business partners.

What you will do as a Junior Legal Counsel:

• Review, draft and negotiate business agreements.
• Engage directly with vendors and customers on all legal aspects of contract negotiation.
• Support business managers in the review and negotiation of contracts under company’s established policies and procedures
• Provide timely and precise legal advice on contractual issues during contract review and negotiation, and inform and update stakeholders on contract negotiation status.
• Analyse contractual and other legal issues, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives.
• Oversee contract execution and maintain corporate and contract records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

• Positive, proactive and collaborative mindset with a genuine interest in learning and contributing to a high-performing legal team
• Law degree from a European university
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar or other legal position is considered an advantage
• Fluency in English and legal working proficiency
• Desire to learn
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with contract management tools is an advantage
• Experience working or studying in an international environment is a plus
