Our Client, a stable international consulting company offering a large portfolio of services to B2B clients, is looking for a communicative and committed person to join their successful team at the position of Junior Legal Advisor – Commercial and Contract Law.

Overall Purpose of the Job:

The primary role of the legal advisor in this position will be to provide legal advice to international clients entering the Bulgarian market or already operating on it on the following areas of law: commercial, contract and employment.

Requirements & Competencies:

• Degree in Law from an accredited college or university
• Fluency in English language
• Understanding of the major contractual and commercial law principles shall be considered an advantage
• Strong legal and commercial reasoning capacity
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice to the Clients of the company through the supervision of senior colleagues
• Draft and review legal opinions and other legal documents
• Work in close collaboration with the Sales and Accounting Department and the Managing Director
• Attend internal and Clients meetings
