As part of our expansion, we are looking to add a new member to our team in Sofia for the position of: JUNIOR KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports the Key Account Manager in day-to-day client relations in the Modern Trade division;
• Prepares offers, contracts, and presentations;
• Monitors the execution of internal tasks related to clients;
• Processes and tracks client orders;
• Maintains communication with clients via email, phone, and chat;
• Manages the portfolio of brands/products with respective clients;
• Monitors market trends;
• Analyzes sales data and shares feedback with internal teams.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education or ongoing studies in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Good level of English;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Proactive and results-oriented;
• Initiative and willingness to learn;
• Strong team player;
• Active driver, category B.
