Junior IP Network Engineer @ A1 Competence Delivery Center

We are looking for a motivated and curious professional with a strong interest in IP networking. This is a great opportunity to join an international team and build your skills while working on real-world projects and customer solutions.

Role insights:

• Get involved in international projects and activities with guidance from senior engineers;
• Assist in deploying and supporting new network solutions and customer services;
• Learn to perform service migrations and configuration changes;
• Work closely with experienced team members, field engineers, and other technical teams;
• Receive hands-on training and mentoring in real environments.

What makes you unique:

• Experience in any IT or tech support position (1st or 2nd level);
• Strong interest in IP networking, including core concepts like Switching, VLANs, STP, and basic Routing protocols;
• Participation in Cisco CCNA Academy or other networking courses;
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken;
• German language is a plus;
• Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve.
