We are looking for the perfect candidate for the position of Junior HR Business Partner in our HR Department, to work for one of the largest and fastest growing transport and freight forwarding companies in South-Eastern Europe.

Junior HR Business Partner

Key Accountabilities:

• Build a partner relationship with all levels of management and employees in the internal structures that support
• Provide consultation and counsel to leaders and managers on organizational design and structure to optimize business outcomes
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related queries and issues
• Assist with recruitment, performance management, talent development and employer branding initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving employee engagement and productivity.
• Actively search, explore, and support the implementation of innovative HR practices applicable for the company’s culture and need

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Relevant university degree;
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Positive and people-oriented personality;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skill;
• Self-driven, proactive and resourceful approach;
• Result oriented mindset
