ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will play a critical role in ensuring our client's business operations are compliant with regulatory standards and policies. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough due diligence on client's transactions to prevent fraud and maintain the integrity of our operations.

Your role: Making an impact.

• Help to prevent Money laundering, Terrorism financing, Fraud and Sanctions violations.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through chat, email, and phone.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction and expectations.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
• Meet set targets and maintain our client's professional reputation.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in the Financial Industry/Transaction Monitoring/Compliance would be

considered as an advantage.

• Fluency in English.
• Strong computer skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Attention to details.
• Previous experience in client services is a must.
