For our Finance Business Partners team we are currently looking for a Junior Finance Business Partner. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be at the heart of strategic decision-making, influencing business growth and financial performance. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and validate Cost-benefit analysis on various projects & initiatives on Bank level;
• Regular follow up and analysis over Projects spendings and their added value;
• Preparation of profitability insights using various tools and information, backed up with efficient communication towards Business Units that can positively impact their performance;
• Cost controlling – support process on reporting, analytics and yearly budgeting sprint on all expenses in the Bank;
• Deep-dive ad-hoc analysis over various processes, products and business lines on Bank level;
• Follow up and financial interpretation of Key Performance Indicators on all Bank divisions;
• Optimization of processes – proactive proposals on identified inefficiencies in Bank processes.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Educational Background & Foundational Knowledge – Degree on Finance (or closely related field) and awareness of business fundamentals (Bank operations and main profitability drivers);
• Proficiency in Excel – strong excel skills are essential for data management, analysis and reporting. Data Visualization skills are highly beneficial;
• Interest in Business and Customer-Oriented Mindset – genuine interest in how business operates and how finance can support business decisions;
• Learning Agility & Adaptability – eagerness to learn new skills and knowledge on financial analysis over business performance. Ability to adapt in changing priorities and work in dynamic environment;
• Basic financial modelling skills – ability to create and understand financial models such as forecasting and profitability;
• Communication and Interpersonal skills – for a Finance Business Partner area it is crucial to enjoy communication with various stakeholders, understand their needs and effectively; translate financial insights;
• Proactive approach – taking initiatives and seeking opportunities to add value;
• Attention to details – accuracy and attention on details, controls over his work.
