JOB SUMMERY:
We are seeking a proactive Junior End User Computing (EUC) Admin with interest in systems integration and end user support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining automation and integration processes across our IT ecosystem. The core of this role involves working with SAP SuccessFactors as the trigger system to provision downstream services. In addition to automation and integrations, the EUC Admin will provide day-to-day support to end users, ensuring seamless digital workplace experiences.
CONTROL PANEL ACCESS:
End User Support Act as the first point of contact for user issues related to workspace access, applications, devices, and identity provisioning. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues for end users. Maintain documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and resolutions. Provide onboarding and offboarding support, including device setup and access control. Systems Integration & Automation Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows triggered by SAP SuccessFactors to provision:
Build and manage integrations using:
Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues. Collaborate with HR & DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end user provisioning and deprovisioning processes are efficient and secure.

- AWS Workspaces
- Gmail / Google Workspace accounts
- HikCentral access control
Build and manage integrations using:
- AWS Lambda
- ASQS Queues
- RESTful APIs and webhooks
Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues. Collaborate with HR & DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end user provisioning and deprovisioning processes are efficient and secure.
YOUR SOURCE CODE:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in End User Computing with focus on Integration & Support
- Proactive and willing to learn attitude
- Collaborative by nature with solid communication skills
Nice to have / or you`ll master with us
- AWS (Lambda, SQS, Workspaces)
- API integration and automation scripting
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript or other scripting languages for automation
- Working knowledge of:
- Google Workspace administration
- Identity and access management tools
- HikCentral (or similar physical access systems)
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident resolution.
