Job Responsibilities: Validating client’s information with a backoffice system (KYC) Verifying Payment methods & transactions of customers Following strict compliance and regulation rules Reporting suspicious activity

Our Recruitment Process:

Phone Conversation: If selected, you’ll have a friendly 15-minute call to discuss the role, shifts, your motivation, salary expectations, and availability. Online Interview and Assignment: A 50-60 minute Zoom call with the Team Leader and Manager interview and a critical thinking live test. Don’t worry, no preparation is needed for the test. On-site Meeting: The final step is an on-site meeting in our Sofia office with the Head of Client Verification. Requirements Chinese certificate - HSK3 or more Fluency in the English language; Good computer literacy; Excellent typing skills; Strong attention to detail; Logical thinking; Ability to adapt and work with a big volume of information and exceptions; Willingness to work on late and night shifts; Experience in KYC will be considered as an advantage;
