Job Responsibilities:

Verifies confidential client’s data and documents, including but not only personal identification documents, credit cards, bank statements, strictly following approved procedures;

Approves or declines acceptance of documents, based on company rules;

Based on received and processed information takes decisions;

Verifies ID documents and other documents with low confidentiality level;

Escalates cases by using personal data processing system;

Responsible for confidential processing of customers and company information;

Requirements

Good writing skills;

Good level in English and Chinese language (at least B1);

Good computer literacy;

Excellent typing skills;

Ability to work with details;

Client orientation;

Team player;

Ability to handle big volumes of tasks, tight deadlines and stress;

Problem solving attitude;

Willingness to work on shifts, including night shifts;
