For 15 years our company has become one of the most recognizable chains for cosmetics and detergents with more than 100 stores throughout the country. The chain is also widely represented in the Republic of Serbia, where currently operate more than 230 drugstores. Main duties & responsibilities:

• Work on KPI-s achievement of the category;
• Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior;
• Help to develop strategies for the category performance improvement;
• Preparation of reports and analyzes for the department needs;
• Participate in the building of the marketing campaigns and the preparation of marketing materials;
• Maintain intense communication with suppliers and assist with identifying potential suppliers;
• Participate in negotiations process with suppliers;
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products;
• Support the Category manager with her/his workload.

Your most desired traits and qualifications to win the job:

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or supply chain management.
• At least one year of experience in category management/purchasing or similar roles
• Proficient in ERP and ERP reporting
• An excellent grasp of retail, marketing and promotional planning.
• Ability to write well and generate reports on market activity.
• Possess great negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, creative, and goal-driven thinking
