Junior Buying Operations Coordinator

This role acts as a liaison between the Buying, Logistics, and Master Data teams, ensuring the seamless operation of delivery and order processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating and confirming orders, followed by monitoring planned deliveries;
• Maintaining accurate order data within the inventory management system;
• Verifying supplier order data and initiating corrective actions as necessary.

Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Last-year student or graduate in "Business Administration", "Logistics", "Economics", "Accounting" or other economic-related specialty;
• Excellent MS Excel with demonstrated practical skills;
• Very good command of the English language (B2 or higher);
• Strong collaborative and communication abilities

The following will be considered advantages, but are not mandatory:

• Experience in Ops or Supply Chain Department in the e-commerce environment
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferably);
• Working level of the German language.
