Junior Business Intelligence Developer, Sofia

At DSK Bank, we are seeking a motivated Junior Business Intelligence Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to grow their skills in business intelligence and data analysis, while contributing to our company's data-driven approach to decision making.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop effective business intelligence dashboards using Power BI, focusing on clear and informative data visualization techniques to communicate insights to stakeholders;
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships relevant to visualizations; Translate these insights into clear and actionable stories for audiences through data visualization;
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. Translate those needs into compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate insights;
• Prepare data for visualization by wrangling and cleaning datasets from Oracle databases. Write SQL queries to extract relevant data for visualizations;

Ideal Candidate:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Experience: Proven experience in data visualization, business intelligence (BI) development, data science, or a relevant role involving data management;
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with BI technologies, specifically Power BI. Writing SQL queries, particularly for Oracle databases, is a strong advantage;
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous eye for detail. Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively translate data insights to stakeholders;
