Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior AI & Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation technologies. You will support our team in enhancing projects, streamlining processes, and contributing to the development of our e-commerce software. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of AI concepts, an interest in machine learning and deep learning, and a keen desire to learn about automating workflows using platforms like n8n or similar tools. You will play a supportive role in transforming manual processes and integrating AI capabilities into our operations and product offerings, with ample guidance and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in answering questions and gathering information for projects related to AI Agents, machine learning, and deep learning models under supervision.
• Support the design and implementation of machine learning models, including tasks like data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation, with guidance from senior team members.
• Learn and assist with the application of techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and reinforcement learning to enhance model performance.
• Help convert manual processes into automated solutions using AI Agents, developing your knowledge of platforms like n8n or similar.
• Support the development of our e-commerce software by assisting with tracking feature development and learning about the implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Assist in designing and developing custom AI workflows using n8n (or similar platforms) to automate repetitive tasks across CRMs, databases, emails, etc., under guidance.
• Learn to integrate APIs and connect various services (e.g., Notion, Google Sheets) for automated processes.
• Support the implementation of AI-driven decision-making within workflows using tools like OpenAI, LangChain, and vector databases, with mentorship.
• Assist in creating multi-step logic, triggers, and data routing for automation scenarios.
• Support the development and deployment of AI-powered chatbots for customer support services on platforms such as Websites, WhatsApp, and Slack.
• Learn to integrate language models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) for conversational flows in chatbots.
• Assist with enabling multi-language support and contextual memory in chatbot solutions.
• Gain experience with NLP and sentiment analysis techniques to improve customer engagement.
• Support the automation of social media content generation and scheduling.
• Assist in designing and implementing workflows to automatically post, analyze, and respond to social media activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A foundational understanding of AI Agents, machine learning principles, and deep learning concepts.
• Basic familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model selection.
• A strong desire to learn about advanced AI concepts such as NLP and reinforcement learning.
• Interest in AI workflow automation and a willingness to learn platforms like n8n or similar tools (e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat).
• Exposure to or interest in API integration.
• Eagerness to learn about integrating AI models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, LangChain) into workflows.
• Interest in developing AI-powered chatbots and understanding conversational AI principles.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn about social media automation.
• An interest in software development processes and LLM implementation is a plus.
• Good problem-solving aptitude and a proactive learning attitude.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Motivated to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or on-site environment.
• Relevant internships, personal projects, or coursework in AI/ML are a plus but not strictly required.
