Junior Accounts Payable Specialist
The role involves processing incoming supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and tax regulations. You will perform invoice matching against purchase orders and goods receipts, and communicate constantly with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and use SAP S/4HANA.

Junior Accounts Payable Specialist
The role involves processing incoming supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and tax regulations. You will perform invoice matching against purchase orders and goods receipts, and communicate constantly with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to learn and use SAP S/4HANA.
Required skills, experience and knowledge for the position:
- Last-year student or graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Accounting and Control, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and rules;
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel;
- Excellent command of English language (B2 or higher level);
- Very good command of German language (B1+ or higher level);
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred) would be a good advantage;
