We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our Record-to-Report processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with global best practices. Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Support accounting services for selected processes and countries, including accounting for and coordinating month-end general ledger close and preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide support in Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, ensuring financial reporting activities are accurate and in compliance with CAS and internal control frameworks.
• Follow internal control procedures and maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation.
• Ensure data accuracy in company systems, recognize unusual events, and collaborate with supervisors to resolve cases.
• Assist in controlling and reporting responsibilities across Order-to-Cash, Invoice-to-Pay, and HR activities, ensuring proper reflection in the books.
• Provide cross-training and back-up support for roles in the RTR area.
• Build supportive relationships with peers and colleagues while handling ad-hoc requests as assigned by the line manager.

What you’ll need to succeed Education

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

Experience

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in finance operations

Competencies

• Experience with simple query handling
• Good MS-office skills, ERP knowledge to be considered as advantage
• Strong team player
• Problem solving attitude
• To demonstrate analytical skills
• Good Interpersonal & Communication Skills
• Taking initiative in a proactive manner to improve own and team work practices
• International mind-set
• proficiency of written and oral English required
