For our client, an international provider of financial and corporate services, we are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Junior Accountant who wants to understand how international investment and corporate structures work from the inside. You do not need years of experience. What matters is a solid academic foundation, confidence with numbers, and the motivation to learn.

?What will you actually work on?

You will become part of an international accounting team and gradually take responsibility for a portfolio of client entities. Your work will include:

• Recording invoices, bank transactions, and accounting entries;
• Preparing bank and balance-sheet reconciliations;
• Maintaining accurate accounting records for international entities;
• Supporting periodic financial reporting and year-end activities;
• Assisting with audit requests and client documentation;
• Following deadlines across a portfolio of companies;
• Communicating in English with colleagues and international stakeholders;
• Learning how SPVs and other capital-markets structures operate.

?This opportunity could be right for you if:

• You are completing or have recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field;
• You have a good understanding of basic accounting principles;
• You are comfortable working in English;
• You have good Excel skills and enjoy working with numbers;
• You notice details but can also understand the broader financial picture;
• You are organised, responsible and willing to ask questions;
• You are interested in building a long-term career in international accounting.

Previous accounting experience or an internship would be helpful, but it is not a requirement.
