IT Test Coordinator

For our IT Office we are looking for an IT Test Coordinator at our location in Radinovo.

Responsibilities

• Independent planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of test activities in the software development process
• Creation of test plans and coordination of the test team
• Quality assurance of new test cases and monitoring of test quality
• Close coordination with the cross-functional IT architect for early risk detection and initiation of appropriate measure & liaison with project managers, developers, QA
• Target group-specific preparation and presentation of test results for various committees, including management
• Establishment and continuous optimization of test management methods, standards and processes, including training and coaching
• Setup and maintenance of test environments & support with test automation
• Opportunity to take on partial project management responsibilities within 1–2 years

Competencies

• Successfully completed degree in (business) information technology, industrial engineering or comparable field of study/education
• Many years of professional experience as a test coordinator or project coordinator with a focus on test management in classic and agile project management
• Experience in working with test automation solutions (e.g., Playwright)
• Solid technical and business process and methodology expertise, ideally with practical experience and knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Goal-oriented, decisive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills and high quality awareness
• Structured, systematic and detail-oriented approach to work & a high degree of flexibility
• Strong English communication skills are required, German skills are a plus
