Rompetrol Bulgaria JSC is currently seeking an IT Systems Coordinator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Rompetrol Bulgaria JSC is currently seeking an IT Systems Coordinator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the performance, security and functionality of the IT systems and related software, by performing emergency and scheduled maintenance, in accordance with the corporate policies for system monitoring and diagnostics;
- Provide operational support and advice to end-users and resolve problem areas as needed;
- Install, configure, test and troubleshoot IT equipment and operating system products;
- Work in cooperation with the technical team of specialists responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the corporate computing environment;
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience is considered an advantage;
- 1-2 year’s experience in Windows systems administration, preferably in a corporate environment;
- PC and Server Hardware and Network equipment knowledge;
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Experience supporting windows servers (2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016) in an enterprise environment;
- Experience with software troubleshooting, hardware, and network problems;
- Experience in WiFi, printers, scanners, print servers configuration, and troubleshooting;
- Experience with supporting and maintaining AD / DNS / DHCP / SCCM / KVM;
- MS Outlook Client/Server Administration experience;
- Fluent English - both verbal and written;
- Analytical and Problem Solving skills, customer focus
- Experience in backup and restore policies
- Experience in support of business applications
