For one of our partners – multinational manufacturing company we are looking for a dynamic, proactive and open-minded:

IT System Administrator / Lead (onsite)

This onsite role involves managing IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, and overseeing SAP administration while ensuring seamless IT operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user IT support across Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, and Serbia, ensuring fast and effective issue resolution.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain corporate laptops, mobile devices, and IT inventory.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory, domain infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Oversee SAP support, administration, and basic configuration to enhance business processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows OS, Microsoft 365, network, and SAP-related issues.
• Write, deploy, and manage Windows Group Policies to enforce corporate IT standards.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for IT systems and processes.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure network security protocols and IT best practices are followed.
• Mentor and guide IT support staff, ensuring smooth IT operations and continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• SAP administration, support, and configuration experience is a strong advantage.
• Experience with IT inventory management systems and structured IT processes.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and network security best practices.
• Soft skills: Dynamic, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment with a client-focused mindset.
• Experience managing IT teams or leading IT projects is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to company sites in Bulgaria.
