• Responsibilities:*
• Respond promptly to support requests and provide technical assistance to staff experiencing hardware or software issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system problems, ranging from hardware malfunctions to software glitches.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems for optimal performance.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets, managing and tracking equipment usage and deployment.
• Develop and distribute IT-related documentation to improve user understanding and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT team members to identify solutions for recurrent technical issues and improve processes.
• Ensure data security and protection measures are in place and adhered to.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for potential uses within the organization.
• Requirements and Qualifications:*
• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role, with a track record of resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Relevant EDUCATION - Higher education in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines is a must .
• English and/or Turkish language is a must
