Responsibilities:

• Act as the first line of IT support, responding to inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows 11 devices, peripherals, accounts, and applications.
• Log and track tickets in the Helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolutions and accurate records.
• Escalate complex cases when needed, keeping detailed documentation throughout the process.
• Embrace a continuous improvement mindset – learn, grow, and contribute ideas to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

• Curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
• Interest in Microsoft Cloud technologies (Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, Defender).
• Fluent English and ability to communicate clearly in technical contexts.
• Ability to explain technical topics simply and effectively.
• Resilience under pressure and motivation for fast career growth in IT.
