We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist with around 2 years of professional experience to join our client’s team. This role combines day-to-day technical support with data-related tasks using Power BI, giving you the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and efficiency across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first and second-level technical support (hardware, software, and network issues).
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, peripheral devices, and business applications.
• Work with Power BI – create and maintain reports and dashboards, visualize and analyze data.
• Document incidents, requests, and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and data management processes.

Requirements:

• Around 2 years of experience in IT Support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI – report building, data modeling, and visualization.
• Good understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, or similar).
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.).
