We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our client's team and support the internal IT operations. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, system management, and providing excellent technical support, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Network Administration: Configure and maintain routers, switches, internet connections, and backups.
• Helpdesk Support: Provide first-line IT support, manage user accounts (Active Directory, SharePoint), and resolve technical issues.
• System Management: Maintain company hardware and software, install updates, and ensure system security.
• Operational Support: Manage IT inventory, collaborate with suppliers, and document internal IT processes.

Requirements:

• Experience as IT Help Desk and/or as a System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and virtualization tools (VMware, VirtualBox).
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell) and familiarity with backup & restore processes.
• Nice to have: Linux Server, Azure, Mikrotik, SQL.
