IT Security Operations Specialist

In this position, some of your responsibilities will be:

• To lead continuous monitoring of security and system events to ensure proactive detection and response;
• To assess and respond to threats by analyzing cybersecurity incidents and vulnerabilities;
• To identify and mitigate risks to protect systems, data, and infrastructure;
• To optimize security technologies;
• To evaluate system performance, ensuring the efficiency of security controls;

Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in cybersecurity or IT security operations;
• Еxperience in incident management, including security incident mapping and threat analysis;
• Background in IT service management, security operations, and infrastructure monitoring;
• Excellent knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN solutions;
• Experience with SIEM platforms;
• Familiarity with enterprise-level monitoring, detection, and incident response tools;
• Good understanding of enterprise security frameworks, including ITIL, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK;
• Relevant industry certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) is considered an advantage!
