We’re looking for someone to coordinate project execution and ensure team efficiency while following the Scrum methodology.

What you’ll do

---------------------

• Track project progress – ensure tasks are on schedule, identify delays, and step in when needed.
• Organize Scrum meetings – daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers – help the team find solutions to challenges affecting their work.
• Coordinate work across multiple projects – align tasks between developers, QA, DevOps, and Product Owners.
• Ensure and track Agile metrics – velocity, cycle time, lead time, and other key indicators of team efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and reporting in ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, Excel, or other tools.
• Organize sync meetings when needed to keep teams aligned and project status transparent.

What we expect from you

• At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master in software projects or coordinating Agile teams.
• Experience with project management tools – ClickUp, Jira, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to ensure Agile metrics visibility and reporting.
• English proficiency – B2 or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience managing multiple teams and parallel projects.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM I/II, CSM).
• Familiarity with DevOps processes.
